Its really hard to be a Christian with idiots like these. Gee, if God was responsible for Katrina solely for Southern Decadence… why is cities like San Francisco and Vancouver still standing? Aren’t they, by extrapolation, more sinful?
And if Repent America believes that Katrina - that killed far more Christians than gays who changed their vacation plans - was meant to spoil the party in New Orleans, are we to believe that the heterosexual equilevents (think along the lines of Mardi Gras) are a-okay?
I mean, no hurricanes during Mardi Gras season.

So homosexuality (and promiscuity, it would seem) is a sin enough to destroy a city? And here am I thinking all sins are equal, all sins have the same wages - death. That means, public homosexual sex would be quite the same as lying right? Why isn’t there any hurricannes ramming and flooding through Washington DC at the start of each Congressial session? Blasphemy is a sin too. Bolts of lightning and rain of brimstones on Philadelphia, anyone?
Its disgusting how they put words in God’s mouth, as if this is the watery version of Sodom and Gommorah, in particular when it contradicts the Bible:

Just a hint to the people behind Repent America, you don’t and can’t save gays like me by claiming God loath them so much that he is willing to destroy an entire city and surrounding counties just to stop them.
