I got to stop reading certain blogs
There are some blogs I shouldn’t read, like GayOrbit, GayPatriot, etc. (For the prior, if you have the same problem as me, *don’t* search for it). I used to read blogs by gays on the conservative/libertarian side of the political spectrum… but now, pictures that seem so mild last time seems like an unsurmountable stumbling block…
And there are blogs like Hit and Run, who confuse libertarian with libertine. Fleeing temptation is hard.
The One in you is greater than the one out there. So don’t give up! Am glad that u r reading the book. There’s one more tat I believe will be of help to u. These r people who have been there & came out of it SUCCESSFULLY!

If fleeing temptation wasn’t hard, we’d all have fled by now
Been praying that God will strengthen you as you run the race. Keep going!

Hey there… looks like we’ve been on pretty similar paths up to know.
Asian, born n’ raised in a Christian family and an Asian church where our whole family is involved: Dad’s an elder, Mom’s an organist, Brother now teaches Sunday school. Me? Used to be a small group leader for my high school group. Everything was going seemingly well till I decided to finally deal with my attraction to men.
At the moment, I am keeping an open mind, and trying to discover what is out there. I’ve been e-mailing my pastor from back home (with expressed confidentiality), and have just been talking with friends (gay n’ straight, Christian n’ Non-christian).
I don’t think I have any concrete answers, but I know this is a journey I need to take. Hopefully I will be a better n’ more complete person because if it.
I hope the same for you as well.
